It's rare that I nap, so Momma caught this photo of me and Daddy (aka the big, unfurry cat) tonight.

I think I'm pretty kewt. It was very kind of Daddy to hold me like he is. He is lucky that I am gracing him with my nap presence. I love Daddy!

Don't quite fit....

This is interesting....I am laying in my cardboard box...I used to be able to fit just fine, but lately I seem to overflow over the edges of the cardboard...the box must of shrunk....it couldn't possibly be my stomach growing bigger...

Ahhh...my parents put up my chew tree again...how thoughtful...it only took them a year to figure out what I was asking for... *sigh*

Protecting my fish!!

Yesterday while I was sleeping somebody moved my fish....I am making sure that isn't going to happen today...

1 Year!!!!!!

Can you believe it??? It has been one year since I decided to give this family a try. And wouldn't you know it? They are alright ... they feed me wherever I am, wipe my butt even though I don't think I need it (they seem obsessed with it and my poop), half-bath me in the sink whenever they feel like it, make me run around chasing the uncatchable red dot, and constantly buy me toys even though all I want is the plastic bag. I sometimes have to defend myself against the brother but that's OK, because they always come to my rescue - because I'm so cute!

Yeah, life is good here with my forever family. I tell them I love them with every lick and bite.

Ahh..my arch enemy who has eluded me in the past tried to invade my territory this evening...Luckily I was able to chase it away...

Daddy's home!!

Daddy disappeared about a week ago and even though Momma was here I have been wondering where he went, then he appeared suddenly yesterday evening..him and Momma was talking about vacation whatever that is...

Anyway today my folks went out again and when they came back they had a new toy for me and my brother.

So as if Momma and Daddy didn't give me enough attention, I decided to have a couple of soft poop episodes to keep them on their toes. Late Friday night, as a going away present for Daddy, I showed them the good stuff, but then they made my butt wet in the bath.

Yesterday I gave Momma a break since Daddy had just left. But today - when she let her guard down - and went grocery shopping (but not for me) - I left several trails for her to follow when she got home. Darn it, though! She found me atop my perch and again ... my butt got wet. Luckily my brother was there to help me by tapping me on my head.

So now I must rest in the very spot where I left a trail for Momma. It's hard work, keeping my human beans up and running!

WWE Fuzz Diva match

We got our own little Diva match going here earlier...it was quite kewt....Bag was sleeping and Noodle attacked him...looked pretty even for awhile..then Noodle slipped in a paw to the forehead...

This went back and forth for a good 5 minutes, but in the end poor Noodle ended up on the bottom with Bag the winner..this time...

Ahhh..my own bed!!!

My PU's very graciously got my sister a bed of her own so now I can finally get some sleep...*sigh*

My PU's brought home some new toys for us today...they brought us a new fishing pole...Daddy says they are cheaply made. They also brought home a bigger kitty bed for my brother because he has...how do you say...."out grown" his :)

So anyway I decided that I would break it in for him...perhaps one day he will get to use it...but not today...

I had a relaxing weekend with the PU's. They kept breaking the fishing pole toy and then complaining about it...then they left forawhile and came back with a new bigger fishing pole...they seemed confused on how to make it work, but eventually got it working pretty well. I supervised all this from a distance. My Dad was looking through pictures on his computer and found this one from last summer back....ahhh the good old days...Good times, good times!

I woke up feeling real good this morning...my brother was still sleeping....He looked very peaceful...so I decided to give him some love licks....

Was a nice relaxing Friday...I was napping earlier, but now I am wide awake and focused intently on Momma who can magically make the red dot appear as if by magic. I don't know how she does it....Momma is cool...

I'm just living large enjoying the last few days of summer...had some wonderful sun today...made me sleepy...

Fishing with Momma....

So I keep trying to tell my Momma that I want some different food. Yet again she fed me the healthy stuff...*sigh*

However...Momma did her best to make me happy and comfortable and even brought my dinner out to the deck so I could enjoy my meal out in the fresh air and sunshine...what a good waitress...I shall give you some good purrrs later....

Time with the PU's..

My PU's have been hanging out with me all weekend...They keep complaining about something called work..I have no idea what this means, nor do I want to. My brother pounced on me earlier today. My PU's saw it and he got scolded..I thought that was pretty funny.

My PU's bought me a new toy called a scale...I cannot see where the fun is in this toy..it isn't shiny and doesn't seem to do anything, but it does make a good resting place for my naps which seems to work well for my PU's.

Anyway now I am sleepy...so I am going to cuddle up with my mouse and nap...

Wow what a hard day...I ate, and slept, and identified things to make mine, and pounced on things...whew...I gotta sit down and rest....

So as my PU's (Parental Units) are closet fans of WWE they discuss "Diva Match" whenever my brother and I wrestle....here they go again *sigh*

Traffic blockage

Well we had a unexpected traffic blockage in our home today. Luckily we were prepared for this and were able to set up cones around the obstacle and divert traffic to another direction....

New coffee table ornament

So I heard my PU's snickering about their new coffee table ornament. Later I found out they were making fun of me earlier nap...how rude.

I went outside and chased bugs for awhile till I forgot all about it.

Yesterday I had a soft poopie and ended up getting a bath for my dirty bottom. My PU's are hoping that this is the last soft poopie episode for the weekend.

Anyway here I am being kewt again....

So our brother Tigger who passed away last Thanksgiving always celebrated his birthday in Sep, so we wanted to share one of his birthday parties with you...as you can see he was thrilled to be a part of it...

So...as the loving...but mischievous parents that we are, we have been having a little enjoyment having Noodle chase the laser pointer in circles...she is really cute and lets out a little chirp when she sees the laser pointer for the the first time, then actively chases it for a few minutes before getting bored with it.

Long Saturday...

So this morning started at 5am with a soft poop. I didn't mean to but a dollop of soft poop dropped right on my brother's head, which is why we both got an early morning bath. Momma and Daddy were happy to be up that early to tend to us. A few hours later while everyone was trying to sleep I was still wide awake...

This was eventually followed by breakfast served to me in my cuddle coil... About mid day I was feeling sleepy so I had to rest a bit on Mommy's clean towels...

Then this evening I played outside....I had to wait by the door almost 9 seconds before Daddy noticed me and opened the door for me to come in...That is unacceptable...I shall begin his retraining first thing in the morning...

All in all not a bad day...lucky for me Mommy and Daddy are off tomorrow and Monday, so this works well for me as it is always nice to have my servants nearby. well gotta go now...I see this magical red dot on the carpet that I must chase...

My Bro...

So while I am kewt and adorable little girl of the family my big Bro has been missing the highlights...so we wanted to give him his day in the spotlight..here is a pic of brother Bag resting in the sun a few days ago posing for Daddy and his camera. He is a great playmate for me..even though he is much bigger than me he is gentle when we wrestle. What a good brother...

Well here I am again...patiently waiting for it to get dark so I can watch bugs. My PU's (Parental Units) are inside watching TV. I decided they needed some special entertainment from me so I started climbing on the screens again in my attempt to catch a bug...here i go...

Winding down another weekend...

This was another lazy weekend enjoying the summer sun out on the deck...we were busy watching bugs all evening. We stayed out until it was dark and bedtime. Mommy and Daddy found this cute picture of me while I was sitting on the bathtub Saturday...

Daddy has figured out that when I grind my teeth and meow, I actually make a "num num" sound. Listen to me here; I am adorable!

Skills!

Today has been a great day so far. I slept with Momma and Daddy and brother dear, which made them all get a late start to the weekend. I've gotten fed three times already, and it's only 8pm. My human beans are now serving me BOTH the canned and pouch foods because apparently, I am picking AND need to gain weight, acc to Doc and team. I can't argue with the Doc there!

But the best part is I've been hanging out on the deck ALL day! I think I am getting more sun than anyone in this family. And, Momma has been watching me, which means she has been stuck at home all day. What love, I must say. And speaking of love, Daddy took this photo of me from yesterday's deck outings. Thanks Daddy!

Training!

So Doc Miller said that my poop test came back negative but I cannot remember what the test was for. Some long medical word that starts with a "c". Anyway, I feel fine today. I chased my brother around and ate some breakfast - which Momma brought to me in bed!! Look it here, Daddy fed me last night in my cuddle coil - my humans in training!

My First Ultrasound!

Well, now I know why they say there's a first time for everything. Doc and team, and Momma and Daddy, are still trying to figure out what's going on with me - why am I having some soft poop now and then, why am I losing weight, but yet my tests (including the ones with my poop!) are all negative so far? Why? Why?

So today they decided that I needed an ultrasound, which I told Momma on the way there that I didn't care for. But I was a trooper - even putting up with a belly shave; and Daddy came to rescue me this afternoon (my hero!). Apparently I passed with flying colors so Doc decided he needed another of my poop to test - which I left there with him.

Maybe I just am ... the way I am ... and that's how I roll!

The Dentist - yuck!

So Momma and Daddy decided that my breath wasn't to their liking, so last week, they took me to get my teeth cleaned. Well, I must tell you, it was quite the experience. Not only did I get my teeth cleaned, but some blood drawn so Doc could run some other tests on me. WooHoo! You can imagine I was excited.

I was a bit groggy throughout the day, and was very happy to come home. I kept seeing stars in my happy place!

The Big Yawn

Well, Momma and Daddy decided that I didn't get enough attention, so off we went to see Doc Miller and team yesterday. I heard comments like, "soft poop," "losing weight," "IBD," which didn't mean anything to me. I simply was compliant and slept in Daddy's arms, while waiting to go home.

It now seems that they have given up giving me the canned pate-like food and instead, I am getting the good stuff from the pouch, with much more juice. Although all I end up doing is licking the gravy and the FortiFlora powder. I decided this was too much activity so I slept all afternoon, and this is how I woke up.

I have been good since Momma got back. Actually, I've been testing her to see if she still remembers everything about me. She is learning that I no longer like my canned food even when she tries to sprinkle my favorite powder on it. I've teased her about sleeping near my litterbox, which I think drives her crazy. And as always, I have her on pins and needles every time I poop - is it a soft or hard or in-between poop today??? Hmmm ...

So Daddy is home with us while Momma is down in CA. We miss her a lot. To pass the time I have been entertaining Daddy by playing with my string...

I Hope to Get Better!

Well, it was true. Momma and Daddy took me to see Doc Miller and his team, thinking I needed some "poop adjustment" help. I showed them all! - I was extremely well behaved; they were expecting me to be troublesome, I just know! But I sat still when they did things to me. And, I even brought Doc a present!

I heard them say things like I was losing a little bit of weight, that I needed to take my meds, and that I'm supposed to come back again in a few weeks. Whatever! I'll show them that I can and will poop however and whenever I want!

I heard Momma call Doc Miller this morning ... something about me having soft poop for the past week now and she isn't sure what's going on. I have been getting more butt baths lately; why would they do that to me, when I keep telling them OVER and OVER that I'm NOT interested?!
